Complete physical exam
Yearly visit to review health maintenance, preventive medicine including heart disease and cancer screening, pap and pelvic exams for females, prostate exams for males and immunization updating.
Chronic medical management
Regular visits for managing chronic medical problems including high blood pressure, high cholesterol, diabetes, depression, asthma, allergies and many more.
Sick visits
Urgent visits for infections (ie. upper respiratory, urinary tract), low back pain, sprains and strains, headache will attempt to be scheduled with 24-48 hours.
