Vasilios Gikas, DO

Dr. Gikas grew up in Roseville where he attended St. Angela’s grade school and Notre Dame High School. He received his Bachelor’s of Science in Biology from Oakland University. While at Oakland, Dr.Gikas was an assistant to one of the lab teachers for four semesters. He was head teaching assistant for three of the four semesters, and served as Vice President and President of the OU Pre-Medical Society. He attended Touro College of Osteopathic Medicine in Vallejo, California, and completed his internship at Henry Ford Macomb Hospital. In 2010, Dr. Gikas completed his residency in family medicine at Henry Ford Medical Hospital. As of 2011 he is board certified in Family Medicine, his primary focus is Preventive Care.
