For non-emergency concerns, you can now call Silver Pine Medical Group after hours to schedule a telehealth visit and address your needs urgently. Urgent telehealth appointments available every evening Monday through Friday and Saturday/Sunday afternoons.

 

In the event of an emergency, we will advise you to go to an Urgent Care or ER.

  • Back Pain
  • Pink Eye
  • Sinus Symptoms/Allergies
  • Heart Burn
  • Nausea/Vomiting
  • Diarrhea
  • Upper Respiratory Infections
  • UTI

Same Day Appointments

When you’re sick, you shouldn’t have to wait a week to see a doctor. We do our best to accommodate sick visits for our patients same day or within 24 hours. Urgent care appointments are also available Saturdays from 9am to 12pm at the Sterling Heights office.
