Parag P. Patel, MD

Dr. Parag Patel has been a physician at Silver Pine since 2005. He grew up in Bloomfield Hills and attended Lahser High School. He earned his Bachelor’s degree from the University of Michigan and his medical degree from Wayne State University School of Medicine. Dr. Patel completed a residency in Family Medicine at Beaumont Hospitals, serving as Chief Resident in his final year. He is married to Dr. Prameela Patel and they have two daughters. As an avid sports fan, Dr. Patel is always happy to talk about Michigan and Detroit sports teams, especially the Lions! Metro Parent Magazine awarded Dr. Patel as one of their ‘Mom Approved Docs’ in 2012 and 2014. He was also recognized as a ‘Top Doc’ by Hour Magazine in 2015. In 2022, Dr. Patel completed the Executive Masters in Business Administration program at the University of Michigan.
